Living room mini PC

Hello everyone,,

I need your help. My old computer in the living room has said goodbye and now I'm looking for a replacement.

I need the smallest possible and most affordable Win10 PC, which I can use for streaming 1080p content on my TV and the Internet surfing.

Most of the streaming is through the PS4 but it does not support a lot of small platforms and i do not support skygo.

What do you think, how much I have to invest, so I have a stable system that neither jerky nor has problems with 1080p videos. (Drive not necessary).
On Amazon you will find many sticks, which are always attested in the reviews but not fluent: /
