Xperi claims that Nvidia has been using 5 of its patents related to voltage circuitry and semiconductor manufacturing technologies in some of its GPUs and processors without acquiring licenses. Three of these patents have already been litigated with Broadcom and Samsung, therefore Xperia clearly has a strong case.
