Ich habe SCHENKER COMPACT 17 und glaube ich Tastatur funktioniert nicht richtig, ich habe Blau Farbe nimals gesehen (sehe Bilder).
Ist das in Ordnung?

sieht so aus, als ob deine Keyboard-RGB-LED kein Blau mehr darstellt.
Bitte probier mal einen BIOS Reset (Load Setup Defaults).

Falls das nicht hilft, dann haben wir folgende Möglichkeiten
- LED-Kabel der Tastatur nicht richtig verbunden? Evtl. ausbauen, neu reinstecken. Anleitung hier
- LED-Kabel der Tastatur defekt? Tastatur-Vorabtausch
- Blaue LED der Tastatur defekt? Tastatur-Vorabtausch
- LED-Steuerung auf dem Mainboard defekt? Laptop einsenden per RMA.

Falls du das Problem also nicht vor Ort lösen kannst, könnten wir einen Tastatur-Vorabtausch machen. Alternativ kannst du auch den kompletten Laptop einsenden. Bitte schreib für beides an [email protected] mit deinen Infos und gern einem Link zu diesem Post.

Graphics refers to the iGPU. These options are named the same way in Intel XTU. // Tom

Any news regarding the fingerprint sensor not working properly (most of the time not working at all) ?

There hasn't been any update on driver or firmware side. The vendor has assumed the position that the sensor is working properly and your mileage may vary.

Thanks for answer. So in short my finger isn't compatible with the sensor and don't expect any change regarding this!  :)

Hello Tom,
Today I found strange flickers on the screen of my 1-year old Compact SCO17M19. (LG LP173WFG-SPB1 screen)
Here is example video, please look to very fast blinks on left bottom on first, and right side on second clip.

This effect best observed with minimal screen brightness, but at 30% it can be seen too, if you know what you want to find. At 100% screen looks perfect.

I tried to find some correlation with temperature, laptop load, fan speed, also I tried to apply light pressure to the panel cover - found nothing, seems that this flicker appears randomly.

So, seems that this is fault of some backlight elements in PWM mode. Now it looks not very good, but I not ready and not want send it for repair.

May be this is known panel bug? What I can expect, will it get worse?

Hi Roman,

I shared your videos with the RMA team. I don't think we have seen something yet and there is no known LCD panel bug. We can't say when or if it gets worse but it might make sense to apply for RMA about 3 months before your warranty runs out. Giving those 3 months of slack time makes it easier for us to claim warranty at the vendor.

Super Arbeit hier. Habe mein XMG PRO 17 2019 jetzt gleich ein Jahr und bin super zufrieden um damit zu arbeiten und spielen.

Habe eine kleine Frage. Ich wollte mir neue Kopfhörer mit Kabel mit einer Impedanz von 250 Ohm gönnen (Beyerdynamic Amiron Home). Weisst du zufällig ob die Soundkarte des XMG Pro 17 2019 genug Leistung für solche Kopfhörer hat? Weis leider nicht wo ich diese Informationen selber finden kann.

Hey Suham,

Ich hab ein PRO 15 als Arbeitsgerät & in diesem Moment auch Kopfhörer von Beyerdynamics mit 250 Ohm dran.

In Schulnoten würde ich der Kombination eine 2 geben. Wird eigentlich laut genug, mit meiner DAC/AMP-Kombi klingt's aber noch einen Ticken besser & wird auch lauter.

Bei Kopfhörern dieser Preisklasse würde ich dir auf jeden Fall einen DAC/AMP empfehlen, damit du da das Maximum rausholen kannst. :)
