The February 2019-dated Android security patch comes with the software version G930FXXS4ESAE and seems to be only available for Samsung Galaxy S7 users in the United Kingdom and Austria for now. The Galaxy S7 lineup receives this month's patch after the Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S9, and Galaxy Note 8.

I will keep it if Samsung doesn't any stupid Pie update. If it ain't broken don't fix it.

From my experience with the Nougat, Oreo, and then Pie on the Xiaomi Mi A1 I can tell you that Android Pie is much better at battery life than its predecessors. I am not even getting started with the dark mode, Welness, and so on. If it's not broken, don't fix it, but if there's something better for it, update it!

After a long run with a phone that is a couple generations old the updates will start to brick the phone.
