LTE-V2X soll als Direktkommunikation zwischen Fahrzeugen künftig unter anderem dabei helfen Unfälle zu verhindern. Das Fraunhofer-Institut für Offene Kommunikationssysteme Fokus und der chinesische ITK-Riese Huawei realisieren im digitalen Testfeld Berlin die Car-to-X-Kommunikation über LTE.
