Dell XPS 15 9570 1TB Festplatte wird von Acronis und Paragon nicht erkannt...

Ich habe seit letzter Woche das XPS 15 9570, mit der 1TB SSD Festplatte.
Ich möchte die Festplatte, partitionieren und anschliessend ein Backup erstellen, jedoch wird die Platte weder von Acronis TrueImage (neueste Version) noch von Paragon Festplattenmanager erkannt. Kann jemand helfen? Danke Jens Uwe
