Strong CPU, weak cooling. The Celsius H970 might be Fujitsu's last 17.3-inch workstation. This should be reason enough for the manufacturer to do their best. But unfortunately they fail already in two places. You can read in our detailed test review, where this is.

Is it confirmed that the cpu throttling is present in all models? It might be failure of the one test unit.
