Also ich würde in dem Fall zur Neuinstallation greifen und wenn du noch nicht allzuviel mit dem NB gemacht hast würde ich das an deiner Stelle auch tun, wenn du jedoch schon viel installiert, konfiguriert und "abgespeichert", etc. hast würd ich auch erst mal beim Support anrufen
