Wartungsfreundlich. Schenkers 14-Zoll-Ultrabook zeichnet sich durch seine sehr individuelle Konfigurierbarkeit aus. Lärm- und Hitzeentwicklung sind hingegen verbesserungswürdig.

Mittels Turbo kann die Geschwindigkeit auf 2,9 GHz (zwei Kerne) bzw. 3 GHz (ein Kern) beschleunigt werden. Der Turbo kommt allerdings nur im Netzbetrieb zum Einsatz. Im Akkubetrieb werden die von uns durchgeführten CPU-Tests mit 1,3 GHz durchlaufen.

Es sei denn, man stellt im Windows ein, dass auch im Akku-Betrieb das "Höchstleistung"-Profil verwendet wird - dann klappt es auch mit dem vollen CPU-Takt. :)

Nein, natürlich nicht. Die Lautstärke hat man nur, wenn man das Notebook unrealistisch mit Furmark+Prime belastet. Die Energie-Settings auf "Höchstleistung" zu stellen, bedeutet nicht, dass die CPU sich im Idle nicht auf ein Minimum heruntertaktet. Es bedeutet nur, dass die CPU bei Bedarf ihre volle Leistung ausspielen kann.

Du compilierst auf deiner CPU und hast dazu 100% GPU-Last? Ja nee, is klar...TROLL DICH

It is strange that the temperature is so high compared to other ultrabooks, e.g., the ZenBook UX303LA. The internal design shown in the pictures make it look like this ultrabook could run pretty cool; the fan is big, the vents are nicely positioned.

I could understand it if it used some dedicated graphics, but..

Realistically speaking, how are the temperatures in normal load (browsing the web, editing documents, playing a movie, running some small experiment, etc)?
Are they closer to idle, or max load temps?
