Laut einer Studie des Branchenverbands Bitkom liest jeder fünfte Bundesbürger digitale Bücher. Nach Notebook oder Netbook (77 Prozent) lesen 58 Prozent der E-Book-Nutzer auf Smartphones. Die Ausleihe elektronischer Bücher etabliert sich.
