Bei der Betrachtung des PC-Markts in Westeuropa für das 4. Quartal 2012 und das Gesamtjahr 2012 errechnete Gartner ein Minus von 11,7 respektive 8,4 Prozent (Jahr). Damit setzt sich die Abwärtsspirale für Consumer-PCs und Notebooks weiter fort.
