Halbleiterhersteller Rohm will auf der Ceatec in Japan zusammen mit Aquafairy und der Universität Kyoto besonders kompakte und leichte Brennstoffzellen für den Gebrauch mit Smartphones und Tablets in einer Foliendicke von 2 Millimetern vorstellen.
