Those aren't. According to DXOMARK, sorted by camera performance, the top two positions are:
1. Huawei Pura 70 Ultra
2. Google Pixel 9 Pro XL / Honor Magic6 Pro

Dxo also claims that redmi note 13 pro plus has substantially better zoom capabilities than s21 ultra. So yeah, maybe check who you consider to be the source of all things true 😉
