Unofficial mods bring USB C ports to AirPods and AirPods Max for under $50

The engineer behind the first iPhone with a USB Type-C port has returned with a series of non-destructive mods for all AirPods and AirPods Max models with Lightning ports. For as little as CHF 24.90 (~$29.11), it is now possible to add a USB Type-C port to an old pair of AirPods, or even the original AirPods Max for CHF 39.90 (~$47).
