Selling environment-damaging products is all right for eBay, rules judge

Targeted by a lawsuit filed by the US Department of Justice for allegedly violating environmental protection and public safety laws, eBay has just won. The listings targeted by this lawsuit include over 340,000 aftermarket products for motor vehicles that could disable emission control systems, as well as large amounts of pesticides.
