Garmin announces new smart training plans for smartwatches

Changes to the Garmin Coach feature have been announced for various smartwatches and bike computers. While the previous version of the tool was tailored to running, Garmin now offers separate versions of the Coach for runners and cyclists. These are already available for some users via Garmin Connect.
