Morefine's M11 is a recently launched mini PC that boasts a 7-inch touchscreen display along with a built-in battery. The system's internals are relatively humble, but its affordable pricing and full-fat desktop OS might allow for compelling usage scenarios.

Hardware architecture, operating system and ports will be the main difference.  Otherwise, like a tablet, it's a touchscreen computing device.

it's one of the most pocketable devices you can get to run a full desktop OS. the ram storage and battery being replaceable are also nice to have. plus the specs are just good enough to run all the DX9/openGL era games that won't run well in something like winlator.

if they can slim it down a little and update to X86-64 CPUs with AV1 decode you'd have a nice media player.  since unlike android/IOS you don't want to face as much desk doing basic file management tasks.

I like the form factor with its plethora of ports.
In my line of work (cyber security), I need a full Ethernet port, sometimes even two, for running Wireshark. If you'd ever tried to hook up a laptop in a croded 10 inch rack, you would reaklly welcome such a beast. Couple it with a small wireless keyboard and Kali Linux, and you'll be all set.
Is this a rather special use case? You bet! It's a niche product for sure, not to compete head on with standard laptops or entertainment tablets.
