Google opens AI Test Kitchen & Imagen 3 to most users

Google's AI Test Kitchen has opened up its toolset to a long list of countries. Previously, only users in the United States could access most of the toolkit. This nearly worldwide debut includes Imagen 3, Google's in-house image generation AI.
