DeepComputing has started taking pre-orders for its upcoming DC-ROMA Pad II. The tablet, which starts at $149, is focused on providing an advanced RISC-V development platform. RISC-V is becoming exceedingly popular among developers because it lacks licensing fees and is open-source.
