Concept designer Antonio De Rosa, known for his high quality conceptual designs of possible Apple products, has received a letter from the tech giant's legal team, informing him that some of his designs seem "too real", and requesting a discussion about making certain changes to them. Without revealing specifics, De Rosa has said that discussions with Apple's team are currently underway.

Am I the only one who thinks his work his rubbish...

I remember an article raving about this guys (I think) designs as the "iphone of your dreams" ... declaring Apple are fools not to hire him. Nuts. (The "dream" phone in question was 5mm thick, had 10x optical zoom and had literally no bezel)

If I were apple, I'd be pretty annoyed by divs making photo like renderings of technically impossible phone designs using my logo, but without any of the impeccable, delicately nuanced brand identity that most apple products have.

I'd have dropped a cease and desist order on him, and added "leave designing to the pros... please", because thatd would be brutal!
