A 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance has clocked 200,000 miles on its original battery, while having required only a modest amount of maintainence. Despite the high mileage, the Model 3's owner reports a net loss in range of only about 9-10%, an impressive feat to say the least.

I have 291000 miles on my Tesla Model3 lomg range 2020 and have lost about 25% range. Guess it's near it's end.

I saw a super cheap Lada sedan on the road here that was struggling to do the minimum speed but at least it wasn't overheating at 35c, but he didn't have air conditioning.
As I passed him quite easily in my Model 3 it looks like he wasn't enjoying himself either.

My 12 years old Hyundai i30 Diesel (New vehicle was around 22k EUR) has zero milage loss after these 12 years. The only 'expensive' maintenance I had was recently when I had to service the manual transmission clutch and it cost me 800-900 eur. Other than that 300 euro per year or two for oil and filter change (I have also skipped few scheduled services, drove the car for about three years without doing any maintenance,just paying for the fuel)

I doubt you tested it new vs used. You likely did lose some miles due to wear and tear, just never paid attention.

On top of that, you never clarified how many miles was on your car. For all we know you drive 1k miles a year and have 12k on your odometer
