A new Geekbench listing shows the global Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra running a Dimensity 9300+. This confirms the entire lineup (Galaxy Tab S10+ and Ultra) will launch MediaTek's flagship SoC.

I cannot believe that they chose a mediatek processor this generation. I am currently typing this out on my s9 ultra which actually has a higher geekbench score than the s10 tab ultra if this photo is real. Very sad, I hope that they do not kill the lineup by choosing to make the s11 tab ultra mediatek too.
