Horribly slow processor at a monstrous 60W in PL1 (don't forget that its performance when running dgpu is even lower!) for 2024.
The screen is fhd, not 4k. Moreover, even in fhd, this "gaming" laptop is no longer capable of providing 60fps in good quality for 2023/2024 games. At the same time, it is 100% fake in terms of response - there is no trace of a 144Hz screen refresh rate, even in such a shameful resolution and low ppi (owners will 100% spoil their eyesight with 100% always cloudy fonts in Chrome and Edge, only Firefox users ( after additional settings) are freed from this nightmare for the eyes on screens with ppi below 220-230)
Monstrously low efficiency of ddr5 5600 RAM (theoretical bandwidth 5600x16=89.6GB/s).
A shameful cheap QLC SSD without a DRAM buffer, which is a priori unsuitable as a system drive, because... quickly falls down under mixed load.
Disgraceful set of ports - there is nothing on the left at all! There is no TB4 (which means there is no way to connect egpu, except to output a link using one M.2 connector, which will require modification of the case), despite the fact that, as the review showed, it is not able to provide the minimum acceptable 60fps in modern games in ultra quality, even for fhd resolutions.
And to top off the terrible picture of the review - a shameful cooling system that howls wildly (36dBA!) even with a ridiculous 24W consumption, according to the report! Lenovo simply disgraced itself with such a shameful cooling system in a laptop weighing 2.42 kg!!!
Nor work quietly in silence. It is impossible not to play modern games with normal quality on this disgrace Lenovo.
The question is - who and why is this completely idiotic series intended?
At the same time, it is no longer possible to buy a business laptop from stupid Lenovo with power supply from the rear or through a durable and convenient, right-handed, round, angled classic plug for the same money.
Lenovo has produced a bunch of shameful series in recent years, but all of them are passable for both comfortable long-term work and gaming...
I don't understand why you should buy something like this even for $700 - your nerves cost more...
