The thinnest Apple product of all time - according to the manufacturer - inevitably raises questions about its durability in everyday life given the Bendgate drama with the iPhone 6, which happened exactly 10 years ago. The first YouTube videos investigate exactly this, subjecting four Apple tablets to a bend-test: alongside new 11-inch iPad Pro and 13-inch iPad Pro with OLED display and Apple M4 chip, the two predecessors from 2022 also undergo quite an ordeal.

These affairs man... Seems so exaggerated. What would you expect from 5mm slate with electronics inside. They made chassis from metal, so at least it doesn't break but just deforms. If you want something sturdier, don't buy 5mm device of this size. In reality I guess many people put it into all kinds of cases anyways and treat it carefully, no matter whether it's bend prone or not...
