Meizu unveils MYVU Smart Ring and flagship alternative to Google Glass

Google may have given up on developing its own smart glasses, but Meizu is now showing an alternative with the MYVU Discovery AR Smart Glasses based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1, which can also be controlled via a smart ring.

It's only a replacement for Google Glass if it has a mic, speakers, display and camera. No mention of the camera that I saw in this article. Weird we can't duplicate 2014 technology today. But we can't go to the moon anymore either.

The clear lense is appealing,  however,  the first thing I noticed is no camera on glasses to help with motion capture and full mixed reality. Keep pushing and I'll see you at The Real-Node-LA
