Unfortunately, neither LG nor any other laptop manufacturer in the world can get out of the Intel yoke for a banal reason - a monstrous shortage of advanced AMD SoCs, and they (AMD) themselves deliberately block an increase in production in order to raise prices, which aggravates the situation with Intel's monopoly.
With 5 SoCs in the market and 4 from Intel, what choice do laptop manufacturers have? They simply cannot provide mass (and therefore optimal cost) batches of AMD. They have to go to Intel and buy them, because they are the only ones that are actually available on the market.
In fact, bankrupt Intel, which, through anti-market, criminal methods, held a virtually monopoly position in the market for decades, rules the roost even without being competitive.
For this reason, we will not be able to see normal lines for AMD on the market, and this continues year after year.
