Install 64GB of RAM, install a 4TB SSD and replace the screen (this is only 1-1.5 hours of manual work, if they are not crooked from birth - a joke) 2.5k or even 4k@120-165Hz, purchasing it yourself.

I often agree with what Niko writes, although not in the same degree of outrage.
But I wonder why anyone would install 64GB of RAM or a 4TB SSD. That's like 4x more than 90% of all people will ever need, especially in a laptop. Same with the screen resolutions and refresh rates, in a 13 or 14 inch screen barely anyone, including myself and all the people I ask about it, notices the difference between FHD+, 2K, 2,5K, 3K or even 4K, which is a complete overload in such small devices.
Also I wonder, what laptop do you actually use yourself? It must be terribly hard for you to find a laptop. I almost want to ask why you don't have a laptop company yourself;)
