The first driving test of the newly announced Tesla Model 3 Highland facelift is up with commentary in English. The drive tests the new suspension, seats, steering wheel response, and 0-60 performance.

As for the car, it is even more beautiful than the previous version.

I like the rear screen, no more wood trim, and 17 speakers with 2 subwoofers (cool!).  Why did they remove the fog lights?  Those light up the lower part of the road so well.  I bet if a real light output and visibility test was done to compare old with new that the new one has lower light output (not good).

Based on Musk's current practice across the range, why would I buy a new Highland when the price will almost certainly be reduced in short order?

Price drops only happens to Tesla vehicles because of Elon. In your world, I guess everything that you purchase goes up in price, i.e. the last car(s) that you owned are currently worth double what you paid for? Silly! You don't want to buy/own a Tesla don't buy one.
