The new production line for the Model 3 Highland redesign has finished testing and debugging, report sources from Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory, and the refreshed model is being tested on factory roads every weekend. The battery assembly section of Giga Shanghai, however, is letting employees go as local competition rises.
