Owners of used Teslas won't be delighted to hear that the value of their electric cars may drop yet again after Elon Musk returned from China and retweeted that even the cheapest Model 3 will now qualify for full subsidy. It was only eligible for US$3,750 in tax credits so far, while next it may get the full US$7,500 amount.
