Instead of waiting for the Inflation Reduction Act's new EV purchase subsidies to kick in, Tesla is offering those on the sidelines a US$3,750 'credit' towards a December delivery of a Model 3 or Model Y. Granted, Tesla resorted to hidden incentives before a direct price cut in China, but in the US that may not be the case.
