The German company DiaMonTech has secured over US$20 million in funding to help it with device miniaturization and US expansion. The firm wants to offer its pocket-sized non-invasive blood glucose monitor, the D-Pocket, to people with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes as an accurate alternative to invasive methods.
