Nvidia's plans to acquire UK-based chip designer Arm in a deal worth US$40 billion looks like it could be unraveling. A security assessment undertaken by the UK government has raised national security concerns. This follows suggestions that other regulators, including the European Commission could also terminate the deal.

Huge mistake if this canceled. NVIDIA not the only people who want arm. The Chinese are stealing the tech right now. So maybe good idea in this case to let them buy it.
