Parallels Desktop läuft mit dem Update auf Version 16.5 endlich nativ auf dem Apple M1 ARM-SoC. Damit lässt sich nicht nur die ARM-Version von Windows 10 auf einem MacBook oder Mac Mini mit M1 installieren, selbst emulierte x86-Apps laufen offenbar deutlich schneller als auf einem Intel-Mac.

Weiß nicht wie ich diese News bewerten soll. Ich hab ein 2018er i7 MacBook Pro. Alles was mit Virtualisierung zu tun hat (Vmware und docker) läuft wie Dog s***.
Etwas besser als Dog s*** ist immer noch Dog s*** oder nicht?

Preislich hält sich das ja noch im Rahmen, aber ich warte dennoch, dass VMWare auch nachliefert (Fusion ist ja kostenlos für Privatnutzer). Gibt es da schon Neuigkeiten?
