Hello everyone,,
In itself the shop has gotten very good reviews at Geizhals & Co. However, I am irritated that you can also read many negative reports - the overall picture is not as consistent as Schenker. An often criticized point is that used goods are sold as new and delivered.  ???

How are your experiences with the shop? Thanks!

although my last order at Notebooksbilliger was in 2013, my experience was absolutely positive. Received all necessary documentation by email (Order confirmation & invoice) and the laptop was sent to me within 3 business days. The laptop itself was a new product, so no sign of a used good sold as new.
If you actually receive a used product, that was labelled as "new" in their shop, you can always make use of the 14-day return policy and send it back to them.
