The golden mean? The HP EliteBook 840 G1 wants to beat the business rivals from Lenovo and Dell. Thanks to an extensive diet, the 14-inch device is thinner than ever, but you do not have to waive a fast Core i7 processor, sufficient memory and comprehensive features.

I use this laptop as it has been supplied by my employer. However, compared to my 2008 Macbook it is much less stable. And stand-by battery life is short.

I have the same issues. Very unstable, sometimes i need a restart just because my wireless connection dropped out and didn't want to reconnect again. It's one of the most unstable network cards i ever had. And that for such an expensive laptop.

Hi. I am using the same brand as you described.
My question is, can you install NVIDIA drivers in this laptop?
