Im Streit um Gmail als Kommunikationsdienst hat Google gegen die Bundesnetzagentur vor dem Europäische Gerichtshof (EuGH) einen Sieg errungen. Anbieter von Webmail-Diensten gelten nicht als elektronischer Kommunikationsdienst im Sinne des EU-Rechts. Das hat weitreichende Auswirkungen.
