In summary, this is an overpriced laptop with huge ugly bezels that is almost 2x the volume (ccm) than a Gigabyte Aero 15 yet has ahockingly underwhelming performance and outdated, inefficient cooling from 1997?

And it was seemigly impossible to add an SD card reader in such a washig machine-sized laptop?

Bravo, to whoever approved this type of product to be released.

I'm hitting 1180-1210 score and temps at around 80 with -0.140V in cinebench r15 in performance mode.. (you just have to activate it from bios or from alienware command center)
The result of 950 or so is from silent mode which is keeping the laptop very quiet.

 >:( damn!!!  a lot of haters here!!  don't be mad because you cant afford a  r5!!  I have one and it is as good as the review says.. I bought the exact same laptop at dell outlet for 1400.00 dollars out the door!!  awesome machine for the price!!
