The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is another affordable mid-range smartphone model from the Chinese electronics manufacturer. The showpiece of the 160-Euro smartphone (~$183; starting at $180 in the US) is the built-in IPS-Panel that does not need to hide even from the smartphone high-end. In our test, the newest product of the Redmi series convinces not only with its display.

Is it possible to add a test for Netflix? This requires proper Widevine DRM L1. Otherwise beautiful hardware is useless if not compatible with DRM, like a lot of Chinese Android TV boxes.
Thanks!

Xiaomi phones in general don't have the ability to play Netflix on HD.

Tells me everything except the one thing I need to know... how to view files from the Note 6 Pro on a Windows machine and transfer videos from that Windows machine to the Note pro. I am a graphics artist and create videos in Adobe After Effects on my PC. I would like to save a copy of them on my phone. I have a Windows Lumina 950 and am upgrading to the Redmi and would like to be able to view the directory on the Redmi from my Windows machine and place video files on that phone from the computer. Is this possible without having to buy a third party application? I previously had a ZTE Warp II and there was a free app that downloaded from the phone to the computer so Windows would recognize the device. This doesn't seem to be an option with the Redmi. Please let me know what I have to do to be able to view and transfer files from the phone to the computer and vice versa.

Thank you,

Chris
