Wie der Branchenverband Bitkom in einer Umfrage herausgefunden hat, hat in Deutschland schon mehr als jeder vierte Onlineshopper seinen Einkauf aus dem Webwarenkorb anschließend im Laden um die Ecke abgeholt. Die Option für eine Lieferung zum Wunschtermin wird schon von jedem Zweiten genutzt.
