Der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) hat ein Urteil gefällt: Dashcam-Videos sind in Deutschand vor Gericht zulässig. Datenschutzbedenken sind im Zweifel von den Gerichten nachrangig zu bewerten, heißt es dazu vom BGH. Das permanente Aufzeichnen respektive Filmen bleibt allerdings nach wie vor unzulässig.
