Huawei handsets arrived officially in the US last August, when the Honor 8 premium smartphone made its debut via Best Buy, Amazon, and other major retailers. Now, the Chinese brand is in talks with AT&T to add a HiSilicon-powered handset to the carrier's portfolio.
