Samsung hat mit der Massenproduktion von Chips in 14-nm-FinFET-Logikprozesstechnologie der zweiten Generation begonnen. Die Logikchips in LPP-Prozesstechnik (Low-Power Plus) versprechen mehr Leistung und Effizienz.
