Auch IDC meldet für das PC-Geschäft ein rabenschwarzes 2. Quartal 2015. Insgesamt wurden im Wirtschaftsraum EMEA 17,2 Millionen Personal Computer ausgeliefert. Im Jahresvergleich entspricht das einem Minus von 21,6 Prozent.
