Netbook alternative. Despite high display resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels), you do have to waive long battery life with Toshiba's 10 inch detachable. Two batteries make this possible. In addition, it does not put a big dent in the wallet with a price of just under 400 Euro.

I was expecting even better battery performance thanks to the Cherry Trail chipset. It's 14 nm after all. But those power consumption values are just plain bad compared to Bay Trail-T hardware like my Yoga Tab 2. I'm disappointed yet happy that I ended up with the Yoga Tab 2. I was pondering whether to wait for the 14 nm Cherry Trail hardware for even better battery performance. I was wrong.
