EU-Kommissarin Neelie Kroes prangert den Breitbandausbau in der EU an. Die Geschwindigkeit der Internetanschlüsse gleiche einem Lotteriespiel und sei viel zu langsam. Die Preise in den Mitgliedsstaaten unterscheiden sich um bis zu 400 Prozent.
