I find it strange how the author completely left out the fact that Optimus support has been finally added. Look back to G750JH review - you'll see that the WLAN test battery life nearly doubled, now it's over 6 hours instead of 3.5! Otherwise, great review as usual!

Why is there no comment that this only is a 60Hz screen? Is this not a major drawback? I would definantly not buy a new gaming pc whit 60Hz screen, when the standard now is 120Hz

60hz major drawback?  The comparison is between Schenker xmg and msi. Their normal option does not include 120hz as well. You can always make a special offer, if you are willing to give more money. And honestly, if you really have the money and care about quality, you will connect the machine to a TV/Monitor (bigger + can have even 400hz nowadays). So can't see this as a drawback xD

Zee? well i dont know where to start. first lets start whit what you are comparing to. MSI and schenker? who buys theese pcs? they are nothing compared to G750. you need to comapre this pc to other pcs that perform in the same area like Alienware 17/18 and Clevo P375SM.
And since when did you travel around with a tv/monitor in your bag? I use laptop when Im out traveling!
And last but not least. what happens if you transfer the video from the pc to a tv??? you will maximim get 60Hz.
I guess you have never heard about tearing as well?!? hope you dont work selling pcs

I'm just a user. And in whichever country I go (home or abroad), if it's not at home, I rent a flat, and one way or another I always manage to have a TV as a monitor for my computer (that's me though). Specially in uk, so cheap, and most landowners even leave a TV in the flat. While I was wrong about the 400hz (read about the marketing trick of Tvs) I do have right now 42inch Sony, it is 60hz. But tearing? Do you refer about the delay between the picture on the TV and the computer?  If that's the case, I can reassure you that the Sony does the job AMAZINGLY well. All it takes is going to Game mode, and in a FPS you will not see any delay. You can google about the delays of TVs and see that the Sony Tvs have the lowest delay (if any) followed by Samsung Tvs. Personally, I can't see or feel a delay at all. One time I noticed, when I realized I was not in game mode x] and this is a problem only for pro fps gamers, where every delay/lag/spike can cause a problem.
And there is no standard of 120HZ so far. Standard means that at least HALF of the laptops use 120HZ and you know that this is far from reality. I wanted to get Alienware, but since I heard rumours about the quality and saw one of my friend's experience with an expensive Alienware, I prefer to avoid at least for now. But I believe it's a chance, just like the GPUs, each one has different overclocking capabilities.
Anyway, hope I didn't insult you in a way. And sorry for the late replay x]

Dear Sir, i am in a dilemma whether to go for Dell Precision M6800  or Asus G751.. kindly advice. I need max performance and stability with reasonable battery life. Money is not a matter as the project is well funded. !!
