Apple meldete für sein erstes Quartal im Geschäftsjahr 2014 erneut Rekordumsätze für iPad und iPhone. Während Apple mit 57,6 Mrd. Dollar Umsatz im Weihnachtsquartal ein Plus von 6 Prozent einfuhr, stagnierte der Gewinn auf Rekordhöhe.
