I get 5.5 hours web browsing and 6-7 hours idle on MSHYBRID mode or optimus, your test was done on GSYNC which keeps the 1070 active.
In my case its ~20w idle with GSYNC or DEDICATED mode, and 8 watt idle at MSHYBRID.
