Splitgate 2: 'Portal meets Halo' arena shooter gets free Steam open alpha

Splitgate fans were justifiably annoyed when the first arena shooter stopped feature development almost two years ago. As it turns out, Splitgate 2 was in the works, and the creators behind it bill it as a more polished version of the first. Now, Steam gamers can play the open alpha test of the shooter, which is somewhere along the lines of Halo or Unreal Tournament meets Portal.
